Terms & Conditions
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you in under 3 business days. International orders are generally despatched in under 5 days. Items may take up to 3 to 5 days to arrive through the postal service. A next working day service is available when orders are placed before 1pm.
All orders made by cheque payment will require the cheque to be cleared before despatch. If your order is urgent we suggest that you pay for it by debit or credit card.
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
You may cancel your order without charge providing we are notified (and we acknowledge the notification) at any time up to the time of despatch. Thereafter, delivery charges will need to be applied. Carriage charges falso apply to goods returned which are not faulty but which the customer wishes to either exchange or seek a refund.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. In this event a full refund for the items will be given but the cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer unless they are faulty.
